Delivery
Most items are in stock and will ship within 1-3 business days. If the item is not in stock, you will be notified immediately and the item will ship in  3 - 4 weeks. If you have a question about the availability of an item, please contact jewelsemporio@gmail.com.
Shipping
We offer free insured shipping on all domestic orders.  Orders above $500 a signature will be required upon delivery.  You will receive a tracking number when your item ships.
Please contact us via email for more information on international shipping.
Returns
Please contact jewelsemporio@gmail.com with any return requests prior to shipping for return instructions. Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt of item for a full refund or can be exchanged minus a $25 restocking fee. The piece must be returned in original condition, unworn, unused along with original packing and receipt.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sales Tax
A sales tax of 6.625% will be charged for all orders shipped within New Jersey state . There is no sales tax for items shipped out of New Jersey State.
Repairs
A fee may be charged for repairs depending on the nature of the damage. Please contact jewelsemporio@gmail.com with your repair request.
