Sonal Sawansukha

SONAL SAWANSUKHA,started at a very early age of 19. This early interest led her to an intensive diploma in jewellery design and manufacture from prestigious SNDT university Mumbai. Coupled with a national level award in design from World Gold Council for designing a gold men’s watch, was like a dream come true for any budding artist.

Later she explored every corner of jewellery design and technology, learning and living her passion jewellery won her many more awards from DeBeers, Pearls de Tahiti,Samshin diamonds korea ,etc.

After taking a hands on experience in design she started to impart her knowledge further, teaching designing for a while gave her a kick from where she soaked up artistic influences that became part of her DNA. It was time she realized her calling, decided to start on her own...indulging herself completely into the circle of jewellery business for which you need all your heart and soul.

She is one of the chosen experts to have written a course book on jewellery design for IGNOU,university. Sonal has also been a keen writer in the field, has written many articles on the subject for various jewellery magazines.
